Document Description
Phillips 66 is conducting maintenance activities along an existing crude oil pipeline to meet safety standards. An anomaly was detected in the pipe wall where the line crosses beneath an ephemeral drainage. Phillips 66 will excavate, inspect, and repair the pipeline by welding a sleeve over the 12" pipe, then restore conditions.
