Document Description
The project is to implement preventative measures in order to protect in-place existing dust control measures on Owens Lake due to high runoff expected from the above-average snowpack in the eastern Sierra Nevada. Proposed emergency best management practices include armoring of some berms using rip-rap and lining of other berms using HDPE liner with sand bags, super-sack totes, and k-rails.
