DTSC, pursuant to authority granted under Ch. 6.5 of the CA Health and Safety Code Section 25200 and in accordance with CA Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 22, Ch. 20, has approved a Class 1* Permit Modification (CCR Title 22 section 66270.42 (a)(2) and Appendix I (D) (1) (b) to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Hazardous Waste Facility Permit for Kinsbursky Brothers Inc. The Class I* Permit Modification was for administrative closure of Unit 5 and Unit 11 that were proposed in the permit for future installation.
