Document Description
On May 9, 2017, the Placer County Board of Supervisors (Board) approved a Site Access Agreement (SAA) with Volunteers of America Northern California and Northern Nevada, Inc. (VOA) allowing access to Building No. 303 A&B and adjoining areas of the Placer County Government Center for the continued operation of the emergency homeless shelter. The shelter provides basic services for homeless individuals such as sleeping areas, food, bathrooms, showers and laundry facilities. The term of the SAA is for a total period of up to three years and one month. The SAA will also allow for a request for proposal process.
