Document Description
Due to drought conditions, dead and dying trees threaten THCSD's water and sewer facilities. Falling dead trees would damaged these facilities, resulting in significant sewer spills and drinking water outages. This project removes dead/dying trees to protect the facilities and public health and safely.

THCSD also declared a local state of emergency.
