Perform work to install a 30' long x 20' wide x6" deep concrete pad and bus shelter. Four existing parking stalls (within State right-of-way) would be removed to accommodate the pad and shelter. This location is used as a bus stop by the residents of Niland and the shelter is needed to provide safe access and staging for bus riders.
