Document Description
WWD will use a backhoe and excavator in an a 4ft by 4ft by 4ft area to remove its undground meter at MP 141.58R, the meter will be installed on an existing turnout at MP 141.55R. Hand tools will be used to remove and install the meter. Once the meter is removed and relocated, the areas will be backfilled and compacted.

WWD is the CEQA lead agency for installation, operation, and removal of their pump-in structures and meters. DWR is the agency responsible for giving permission to WWD to temporarily encroach on DWR's right-of-way for this work. The meter is not located on a slope that is greater than 20 percent, Categorical Exemption 15305 (b) (Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitation-Issuance of Minor Encroachment Permits) applies.
