Document Description
The grant project is to drill and test an injection well for geothermal fluids used at the resort that are currently discharged to the City of Calistoga's sanitary sewer. Once completed, the injection well will be connected to an existing geothermal heat exchange system and the system will be tested. The injection well will allow non-contact geothermal fluids to be injected back into the geothermal reservoir to maintain reservoir pressure and help the City of Calistoga comply with their Regional Water Qality Control Board wastewater discharge requirements and prohibitions.
