The purpose of this activity is to make non-substantive changes to the guidelines previously adopted by Energy Commission to govern the certification of eligible renewable energy resources for purposes of the state's Renewables Portfolio Standard pursuant to public resources code, section 25740 et seq. and public utilities code, section 399.11 et seq. The non-substantive changes are being made to correct typographical errors, update an incomplete URL, and remove an obsolete table reference.
