Caltrans proposes to preserve and extend the life of existing pavement and improve ride quality of SR99 at PM 0.0/1.6 and 11.9/21.5 in Sacramento County by cold plan and overlay existing surface with RHMA-G and/or RHMA-O from ES to ES, bring existing MBGR to standards, and provide contrasting surface at ramp gores. Major excavation, excess soil, utility relocation, and/or R/W acquisition is not anticipated.
