Document Description
CDCR is going to lease and install a new 24X60 modular building at O.H. Close YCF. The new modular building will be utilized as a Special Education Center and will include five offices/individual therapy rooms, confernece room, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant restrooms. The new modular building will replace an existing smaller unit which is located within the secure perimeter of O.H. Close in a developed and disturbed area. Department of General Services (DGS) will provide all design and installation including pad preparation and utility extensions to the project site. Additional footing will need to be constructed since additional length of the new modular exceeds the current modular. Exisitng utility connections will be upgraded to current codes.
