The tailrace and flow channel of the Ralston Powerhouse have been blocked with rock and sediment making them inoperable. The proposed work necessary to repair and regain operation to protect the facility includes restoring the channel that allowed water to safely flow from the powerhouse to the river. The amount of sediment and rock to be moved is approximately 7,500 cubic yards at Ralston. The low level outlet at Ralston Afterbay Dam is restricted by sediment.
