The project is the exchange of conserved water from the North Grassland Water Conservation and Water Quality Control Proejct (NGWCWQCP), whereby the NGWCWQCP will conserve water making additional water available in San Luis Reservoir that will be exchanged to San Luis Water District in return funding by the District.
