DTSC pursuant to authority granted under the Code of Regulations, Title 22, division 4.5, chp 20, section 66270.61, has issued an emergency permit to Beale AFB, to treat hazardous waste by detonation. The hazardous wastes to be treated consist of forty-nine expired 12-Gauge Marine Aerial Flares and one expired Hand-Held Marine Signal Flare.
