Document Description
February 2017 storms in Plumas Co. on SR 70 have caused flooding, resulting in plugged or damaged culverts, pavement and road shoulder erosion/scouring, and slip outs. Removal of debris and repair of eroded pavement, road shoulders, and culverts was completed as emergency work to get SR 70 functioning.
