Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to restripe approximately 9 miles of State Route (SR) 99 from Owens Creek Bridge to Webber Canal Bridge in Merced County at post miles (PM) R10.6-19.5. The scope of the project includes restriping existing mainline and ramps with thermoplastic traffic striping and pavement markers. All work will occur within the State Right-of-Way. The purpose of the project is to rejuvenate the exsting delineation. The need of the project is to ensure the safety of the motorists.
