The project will convert portions of the existing right shoulder on the West Grand Avenue on-ramp to the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge (SFOBB) Toll Plaza to provide a bus lane., that can be accessed by HOVs during designated periods. The project would provide travel time savings for buses and HOVs.
