The purpose of this ES is to determine the best site for relocation of the Air Force Flight Test Museum that will make the museum and its contents more accessible to the public and more available for educational uses. The EA considers two potential alternative locations, one near the Edwards West Security Gate, the second near the North Security Gate, as well as a no action alternative. A hangar to house historical aircraft and flight test artifacts will potentially be constructed as well as a public parking area on the site is ultimately chosen.
