Document Description
The Stockton Unified School District proposes to acquire a 6.01 acre developed parcel at 2111 Quail Lakes Dr in the city of Stockton. The parcel is located in a residential area with a nearby park. The parcel is currently being used by the Lakeview Assembly Church and was previously used by a private school. The District intends eventually to use the parcel for an elementary school that would accommodate students from another elementary school, as well as house a preschool program for autistic children. Future use of the parcel is anticipated to include retrofitting of existing structures; however, no specific site plans have been prepared at this time.
