Document Description
Conditional use permit #22-24 was modified to replace the previously approved accessory fueling station with additional parking and landscaping. There would be no new substantial impacts, nor would there be any increase in the severity of environmental effects identified in the Costco EIR. No new information of substantial importance has been discovered that would trigger or require major revisions to the Costco EIR. No new mitigation measures, beyond those identified in the Costco EIR, would be required.
