Document Description
The 17-acre Project consists of grading and site improvements for constructing a retail warehouse, fueling stations, parking stalls, and stormwater retention areas. Project activities will permanently impact three seasonal wetlands within the Project area: WS-1, WS-2, and WS-3. Prior to warehouse and parking stall construction, approximately 202 cubic yards of soil will be placed into WS-1 and approximately 19 cubic yards of reinforced concrete pipe will be placed into WS-2. An additional 26 cubic yards of soil will be placed into WS-3 in order to construct a retaining wall and stormwater retention area.
