Document Description
The project consists of construction of a new approx. 152,101 sf Costco Wholesale warehouse store dedicated to the sale of retail goods and services, including optical exams and sales, a photo center and processing, hearing and testing and sales, food service preparation and sales (including meat and baked goods), and alcohol sales and tasting; a tire sales and installation center; a 24-dispenser fueling station with potential future expansion to 30 dispensers; a parking field and associated landscaping on a 17.4-acre parcel. The Costco facility would employ approx 170 full-time employees. The proposed project would be constructed in a single phase over a period of 6 months, with an anticipated opening date of April 2019.
