Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject project. The 56.12-acre Project consists of widening shoulders, realigning a portion of the roadway and replacement of Dry Creek Bridge. Construction includes repairing or replacing culverts, installing rock slope protection, widening shoulders, realigning SR 20 horizontal alignment, extending truck climbing lanes, and adding tum pockets. The Project will permanently impact 0.85 acre of waters of the United States and permanently impact 0.86 acre of waters of the state.
