Applicant is proposing addition of a Rail Dock Cover of 31,850 sf, and an additional proposed 9,600 sf bin sorting building and cover at the existing Morning Star Packing facility. The proposed bin sorting cover will improve working conditions by providing protection from the environment and elements.
