The bridge would accommodate 4 lanes, an 8-ft-wide sidewalk on the east side, and a 3-ft-wide barrier separated.10-ft-wide bicycle path and 8-ft-wide sidewalk on the west side, concrete lining along the upper portions of Bear Creek, and a box culvert at the WID Canal.
