To construct a new 4-lane (two in each direction) bridge over Bear Creek along the northern extension of Holman Road within the City of Stockton. Both of the abutment supports are proposed to be on the existing levees, while both of the intermediate pier supports are proposed to be within the channel outside the ordinary high-water mark. The project also provides accommodations for utilities above the levees for a 16-inch water line inside a casing, an 8-inch sewer line inside a casing, a 4-inch gas line inside a casing, two 6-inch electrical conduits, a street light conduit, two 4-inch fiber optic conduits, and two 4-inch conduits for various future communication lines.
