- The CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2018-0070-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, State of California Department of Transportation. The larger project scope will improve Aquatic Organism Passage of five stream conveyance structures along Highway 70 in Butte and Plumas Counties. The current project is limited to restoration and enhancement activities at two locations in Plumas County on Rush Creek and Soda Creek, both tributaries to Feather River.
