Document Description
The Project would include the extension of Dublin Blvd approx 1.5 miles eastward through eastern Dublin and an unincorporated portion of the County to the western boundary of Livermore. This roadway extension would provide four to six travel lanes and bicycle and pedestrian facilities (i.e., pathways, sidewalks and bike lanes). While this Project is subject to the requirements of both the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), separate environmental documents have been prepared, one that complies with NEPA and another that complies with CEQA. The Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) complies with the requirements of NEPA and other federal environmental laws.
