The project proposes the construction of a school campus on a 3.5-acre site that would provide facilities for pre-school, elementary, and middle school students, as well as parent-infant, healthcare, and community programs. The campus would consist of a main campus building (79,600 sf) on the northern portion of the site, a gym (10,800 sf) on the southern portion of the site, and several play yards and recreation areas. The school will have capacity for 511 students and would employ approx 70 full-time administrative and teaching staff members.
