East Palo Alto GP: Office; Z: Ravenswood/4 corners TOD specific plan; Waterfront office/Ravenswood Flex Overlay
The proposed project would construct approx 1.4 million sf of office space on a corporate office campus. The project would include infrastructure elements needed for the site and potentially for the surrounding area. The project would include five 8-story office buildings and one 10-level parking structure. Four of the five office buildings would have two levels of parking below grade. The parking structure would include campus amenities on the 9th level and a "high garden" on the 10th level. Approx 3,500 sf of ground level retail would be located on Bay Rd. A portion of the site was the former Romic Environmental Technologies facility, which managed and treated hazardous wastes on site until 2007. A final remedy order is being monitored by both the US Environmental Protection Agency and the CA DTSC.
