Document Description
The project consists of the demolition of existing onsite structures and construction of 308 single family home sites and three parks. A 16.8 acre open space area would be retained on the east side of the site, adjacent to an on-site tributary to Dry Creek. Site access would be provided by two entries off of North Antelope Road and one entry off of PFE Road. A third entry point off of North Antelope Road is being considered.
