Document Description
The city proposes to construct a new public parking garage consisting of five aboveground parking levels and one basement parking level. The parking garage will replace the existing city-owned surface parking facility on the west corner of Hamilton Ave and Waverley St. The structure would have a height of approx 50 ft to the top of the rail of the fifth deck, and would provide approx 325 parking stalls, including eight accessible spaces and nine electric vehicle-charging station stalls. An approx 585-sf bicycle parking area with approx 50 bicycle parking stalls and spaces for bicycle trailers would also be provided. In addition, the project includes an approx 2,000 sf space fronting Waverley St, to be used as commercial retail space.
