Document Description
The project proposes a minor land division in order to subdivide an approx 20-acre parcel into two parcels consisting of ten acres each. Parking will be provided onsite. The proposed minor land division would result in the creation of one additional parcel. Both parcels would carry rights to construct a single family and secondary residence. Approval of the minor land division would create the possibility for a total of four residence on a property that is presently undeveloped. The proposed project will ultimately include the construction of improvements for two additional single family residential homes, driveways, and roadway improvements. Improvements include access of the two proposed parcels onto the existing Loretta Lane.
