- The Forum Senior Community Update, the Project Applicant, proposes additions, renovations and some new construction at an existing continuing care community; 25 dwelling units, including 50 bedrooms within 23 new one-story villas and 2 new two-story villas, in addition to 36 total new beds within the renovated and expanded Skilled Nursing Facility and a new two-story Memory Care Building. The project also includes 26,586 sq. ft. of non-residential supportive facilities for medical demolition of some existing structures and parking stalls on site, including some existing on-site vegetation, and construction of the project buildings and infrastructure.
