Note: Response to Comments Caltrans in cooperation with Placer County Transportation Planning Agency, and the cities of Roseville, Rockling, and Lincoln, proposes to widen SR 65 from north of Galleria Blvd/Stanford Ranch Rd to Lincoln Blvd. The total length of the project is 6.3 miles along SR 65. The project proposes to relieve existing mainline congestion by adding capacity to improve traffic operations and safety. The additional capacity would help planned and anticipated growth along the corridor and would help achieve the mobility and economic development goals PCTPA. Two build alternatives are considered.
