Document Description
The proposed operation is a community-scale 3 MW biomass combined heat and power facility. The facility is designed to create electricity, heat, and biochar through gasification of woody biomass feedstock primarily collected from forest-sourced biomass. In addition the project may utilize a small portion of agricultural residues like nut shells or orchard prunings, clean urban wood from the local landfill, and other woody biomass.
