Document Description
The project consists of placing a measure on the November 2017 ballot to renew the Town of Windsor's UGB, extending it to December 31, 2040, and to expand the UGB to include three parcels totaling 22.5 acres located adjacent to the limit of the existing UGB. The added acreage represents a 0.48% increase in the total number of acres contained within the Town of Windsor.
