The Central Valley Regional Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The Project consists of replace a culvert with a larger size and repair slope erosion damage at the upstream and downstream end at PM 20.61 and adding rock slope protection. The work required at PM 10.64 requires repair to the existing culvert and restoration to the eroded downstream embankment and adding rock slope protection.
