Document Description
Caltrans is proposing the Capell Creek Storm Drainage project on SR 121 in rural Napa County, at PM 20.6, which is 1.5 mi south of route 128. The proposal includes two viable alternatives, referred to as the Build Alternative and No-Build Alternative. The build alternative proposes to remove and upgrade an undersized and failing drainage system at PM 20.61, deemed location 1, and to repair the damage embankment and failing drainage system at PM 20.64 deemed location 2. The No-Build Alternative proposes no change.
