Request to subdivide a 26.21 ± net acre parcel into three lots consisting of two 5± acre parcels of and one parcel of 16.21± net acres. Proposed parcels 1 and 2 will access Frymire Road via a shared 20 foot wide access easement from Proposed Parcel 3. The southeastern portion of the parcel abuts the Stanislaus River and contains a flowage and maintenance easement. This portion is the project site lies within the FEMA designated floodway.
