Applicant Sierra Medical Services Alliance is requesting an Use Permit (UP2016-29) in order to construct a hanger and ambulance garage building, as well as a heliport that will serve as support to the Emergency Medical Transportation facility at the site of the former Big Valley Primary School (APN 3 018-270-023). The facility includes existing school structures that are being converted into living and office space to house support staff. Helicopter fueling will be by tanker truck, so no onsite fuel facilities will be constructed at this time. This project is located approx. in Adin a 205 Ash Street (County Road 88); Township 39N, Range 9E, MDB&M.
