Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development of two parcels totaling 26.01 acres for the construction of a new processing plant and parking lot for Super Store Industries. Super store industries also owns and operates the adjacent parcel to the west, APN 44-67-03 this property has already been entitled for outdoor storage and will continue to be used as outdoor storage. The project will be constructed in two phases. Phase one will include the construction of two parking lots. Parking lot one will have a total of 236 parking spaces for employees and eleven existing parking spaces will remain on the main parcel and parking lot two will have a total of 99 spaces for trailer parking. Phase two will include the construction of a 157,018 sf processing plant that will connect to the existing 155,728 sf processing plant. The project will be an expansion of the current plant which produces packaged dairy and juices.
