Document Description
1. Divide the existing parcel into forty separate parcels. 2. Prezone the parcels to R-1-7 (Min 7,000 sf lots) 3. GPA designating the parcels to medium low density. The design features including enhanced landscaped decorative street light and a decorative masonry block with the entrance to the storage facility will be on Duke Avenue. The project will be provided with Sanitary Sewer by the Selma-Kingsburg-Fowler County SKF and with potable water by CA Water Service Company. All lots will have access to a paved city street constructed to city standards.
