Document Description
The proposed project would involve demolition of the existing residence and remains of the equestrian facility, and construction of the Coptic Orthodox Church. The project would require approval of a GPA, Zone change, site plan review and CUP to develop an institutional facility within the Low Density Res zone. Construction of the proposed project would occur in two phases beginning in 2017. Amenities would include a 300-seat assembly room, ten classrooms, a kitchen, a playground, a prayer garden, sanctuary, and a parking lot with 119 stalls. Total square footage would be 17,219 sf.
