Document Description
The Desert Ventures Specific Plan is for the proposed development of a 123-acre master-planned industrial and technology business park with freeway-oriented commercial and hospitality uses. Encompassed within the master planned development will be approximately 64 acres dedicated towards commercial and light industrial uses. Also included in the specific plan is approx 38.7 acres of land to be set aside under the specific plan for open space conservation purposes consistent with the Coachella Valley Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan and for the provision of a comprehensive system of drainage swales and infiltration basins.
