Document Description
The 2018 RTP/SCS identifies the Madera region's transportation needs and issues, sets forth an action plan of projects and programs to address the needs consistent with a set of goals and policies and documents the financial resources to implement the plan. The 2018 RTP/SCS also includes a Sustainable Communities Strategy (SCS) prepared to address requirements set forth in California Senate Bill (SB) 375, which requires that MCTC prepare an SCS that provides an integrated land use and transportation plan to meet greenhouse gas emission reduction target set forth by the California Air Resources Board.
