The proposed project involves the construction of a self-storage facility in two phases on a 6.05+/- acre parcel. The first phase will consist of development of the site, plus construction of one 1,300 sf office, and approx 98,450 sf of enclosed storage within two or more separate buildings. Phase two will consist of either the construction of 56,100 sf more of enclosed storage within three buildings or freestanding canopies for outdoor RV storage plus fewer enclosed storage buildings, or, uncovered RV storage areas plus enclosed storage buildings, or some combination of the above.
