Document Description
The 2018 RTP/SCS identifies the Merced region's transportation needs and issues, sets forth an action plan of projects and programs to address the needs consistent with a set of goals and policies, and documents the financial resources to implement the plan. The 2018 RTP/SCS also includes a SCS prepared to address requirements set forth in SB 375, which requires that MCAG prepare an SCS that provides an integrated land use and transportation plan to meet GHG emission reduction targets set forth by CARB.
