Document Description
The project applicant intents to construct and operate a 20,125 sf business facility and an 8,232 sf retail facility that will contain two retail establishments. Although the exact type of future retail/business use has not yet been fully determined, permitted uses on the site include general retail, offices, food/beverage sales, auto services, storage, light manufacturing and other similar uses. Construction for phase I is anticipated to start in January 2018 with phase II beginning in January 2019.
