Document Description
The CMD in coordination with CalOES, proposes to construct a new single-story Southern Region Emergency Operations Center (Project) at the JFTB Los Alamitos in the City of Los Alamitos. The new main building facility would be permanent construction and includes storage, parking and civil improvements. An additional Public Safety Communications building (PSC) building with a drive-through bay would be located on the site for maintenance of communications and radio equipment on vehicles east of the main building. The total project development footprint would cover over 200,000 sf on approx. 5 acres of previously developed land.
